Gymnastics & Acro

Gymnastics requires balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and control.

Our Gymnastic classes works on all of these qualities whilst students work on technique and tricks which will aid their dance classes.

Acro dance is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. 

The difference between gymnastics and acrobatics is the transitions between movements. 

Thursday Junior Gym: 4.30-4.55pm

Friday Acro: 5.15-6.15pm
